Conditions of Admission Free Your Mind Festival

• Minimum age 18 years. ID required.
• It is not allowed to leave and re-enter the event. At re-entry, admittance has to be paid again.
• Only undamaged tickets are valid.
• Collaboration in a security body search is compulsory.
• Weapons or objects which can be used as a weapon are forbidden.
• Smoking is allowed only in open air or in allocated smoking areas.
• Possession of, dealing or consuming drugs is forbidden.
• Harassing other visitors or staff will not be tolerated.
• Physical or verbal violence towards other visitors or staff will not be tolerated.
• Offensive, provocative and/or scandalous clothing is not allowed.
• Alcohol abuse and public drunkenness are strictly forbidden.
• It is not allowed to bring own drinks, own food, open packings, such as deodorant, sun cream, perfume bottles, etc. and spray cans under pressure.
• It is not allowed to sell any form of goods, without explicit confirmation of the organization.
• Distributing flyers or other forms of promotion without written authorization of the organization is not allowed. Cleaning costs and sanctions imposed for illegal promotion will be charged to the relevant organization.
• Photos, audio and video recordings made during this event can be broadcasted or used without any announcement or form of payment.
• Professional audio- and video recordings without prior written confirmation of the organization are strictly prohibited.
• The organization is authorized to remove visitors who resist against the visitor rules or do not respect them.
• In case of fights, all involved persons will be removed from the event.
• Instructions of the organization are to be followed at all times.
• Please notify the security or crew members immediately in case of any problems or disturbances.
• In all cases not explicitly mentioned here the organization decides.
